This Week at The Place — Worship at 11:30 This Sabbath

We will have worship INSIDE, ONLINE AND OUTSIDE at The Place.

WORSHIP SERVICE @ 11:30 a.m. This Sabbath, Pastor Cameron will share from Revelation 4. Ohana is our lead worshiper, and Francesca Kim will share some of her story and ways in which God has led her. We will also welcome Adelaide Owens and Audrey Rosaasen as members prior to their baptism this Sabbath afternoon.

We have YOUTH VESPERS at the Mayer’s house this Friday! Come out for Worship, Food, and Fellowship! Reconnect with friends, bring new ones, and gear up for this new year with us at 6 p.m. 4979 Via Cupertino, Camarillo, CA. Talk to Pastor Cameron if you need more info.

~Join us fellowship lunch, swim, & baptisms this Sabbath afternoon

ALL are invited to come share in a fellowship, lunch, swimming, and baptisms at Chip & Whitney Owen's home after church this Sabbath, July 31st. The afternoon will begin at 2 p.m. (304 Chelan Court in Simi Valley).

There will be a Fellowship lunch - please bring a dish to share. We will celebrate the baptisms of Adelaide Owens and Audrey Rosaasen. Please bring a friend if you are able to.

~Sign your high schoolers up for Hume Lake High School Summer Camp week of August 8-14th

All JUNIOR HIGH AND HIGH SCHOOLERS are invited to attend Hume Lake for a week of Camp August 8th-14th. The cost is $615 per camper; all meals and lodging are covered. "From Aug 19 to Nov 20 will be enrolled in the Amazing Facts Center of Evangelism (AFCOE) in Sacramento California. God willing, this training will launch me into doing ministry full time as my job. The entire program is $5000 which covers housing and tuition. I will have to provide my own food and transportation. I have already covered $3,000 using my savings. During this training I will not have an income so I can use all the help I can get. If anyone would like to donate to my education and ultimately to the furthering of the Gospel, please contact me."

The Women’s Retreat provides a weekend with new and old friends sharing times of fellowship, reflection, and laughter. Hume provides solid Biblical teaching, fabulous food, a variety of recreational activities, craft sessions, and inspiring worship. ~Participate in the Literacy Ministry @ The Place

We are again starting our Laubach Literacy Tutoring. This awesome ministry provides one on one English tutoring for local community members. There is a very simple training program and anyone can do it if you can read! You then commit one HOUR a week to meet with your student. To VOLUNTEER, please contact Jeroen Amador - 707-293-5333.
