This Sabbath, Pastor Simon will share from Daniel 9. Pastor Cameron is our lead worshiper and Sam Gomez will share about how God is at work in his life, as we remember our veterans. Jeroen Amador will also invite us to get involved in a great outreach project.

ALL HIGH SCHOOLERS are invited to the Vespers/Swim Party this coming Saturday evening, May 29th. The festivities will take place at the Rosaasen's home (367 Sycamore Grove St., SImi Valley) beginning at 6 p.m.

Our next Family ministries event will take place on Saturday afternoon, June 5th. "Surf's Up" will begin after our fellowship lunch at 2 p.m. and go until 4 p.m. Families will enjoy summer like sports and activities in and outdoors, fellowship, and shaved ice! ~Attend the Hollywood Bowl for their 4th of July Extravaganza with Kool & The Gang!
We have 32 GROUP tickets for Saturday, July 3d at 7:30 p.m. for Kool and the Gang and the Fireworks Spectacular at the Hollywood bowl. Tickets are $30 each. You MUST be vaccinated to go. (Sorry, those are their rules, not ours!) Sign up in the lobby at church or with Pastor Simon.

~Mark your calendars as "Treasured" VBS is coming July 19th-23d. PLEASE NOTE NEW DATES
We will have in person VBS the week of July 19th. This year our location will be at Conejo Adventist Elementary from 6-8 p.m. This year our kiddos will feel "Treasured" as they discover they are priceless to God.

~Participate in and pray for our mission projects this summer
Our Liberia mission trip is all set- June 14-25, 2021. We will build a school in Robertsport, by the grace of God.
|
And we are starting our SIGN UPS for our potential mission project in CUBA between August 2-14. We will do VBS and evangelism projects and construction work on the Ranchon. Please SIGN up at The Place. Or talk to Pastor Cameron.

~Participate in the Literacy Ministry @ The Place
We are again starting our Laubach Literacy Tutoring. This awesome ministry provides one on one English tutoring for local community members. There is a very simple training program and anyone can do it if you can read! You then commit one HOUR a week to meet with your student. To VOLUNTEER, please contact Jeroen Amador - 707-293-5333.

This year the junior highers will have an opportunity to visit Hume Lake Christian Camp June 29-July 3rd. All junior highers are invited to attend summer camp in the mountains of Southern California. Epic, high energy, life-changing program for youth groups of all ages. The cost is $545 (scholarships are available directly through Hume, PLEASE LET CECILIA KNOW if you are interested).
