WHEN: Sundays from March 19 — May 7
TIME: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
WHERE: Conejo Adventist Elementary School Field

Newbury Park, CA
WHO: Group A (Ages 3 to 5)
Group B (Ages 6 to 9)
Group C (Ages 10 to 13)
COST: $20 for first child, $15 per additional family member
Please download and bring the release form and registration fee(s) on first day. Children need to have tennis shoes or cleats, black soccer shorts, socks and shin guards. They’ll also need a soccer ball. All other equipment will be provided.
