This comprehensive program is worth 1.4 CEU credits, providing positive thinking techniques, nutritional education, and much more to increase brain function, manage stress, live above loss, and achieve peak mental performance.

The 8-week Program will begin with Associate Director Sam Gomez, September 11 at 6:30-8:30 p.m. We are meeting every Monday for 8 weeks. The following are each week’s topics: 

  • Week 1: How to Improve Your Brain

  • Week 2: Lifestyle Therapies For Depression And Anxiety

  • Week 3: Nutrition For The Brain

  • Week 4: How Thinking Can Defeat Depression Or Anxiety

  • Week 5: Making And Staying With Positive Lifestyle Choices

  • Week 6: Stress Without Distress

  • Week 7: Overcoming Loss

  • Week 8: Enhancing Frontal Lobe Function

The price for attending the 8-week program is $155 per participant.

If you are personally interested or are willing to sponsor someone else to take the program, please fill out the sign-up sheet provided on the webpage. Alumni that have already taken the program and wish to join again need only pay $55.

The Introductory Session is the foundation to the rest of the 8 sessions. Broken into the following four segments:

  2. 2. What is it? Do I, have it? Define depression and/or anxiety: How to know if I or someone I know has it.
